What is hypnosis?

Hypnosis describes the state in which a person's mind remains calm and aware, while their body becomes completely relaxed, enabling the client to become receptive to positive change.
Hypnosis is a dream-like state that people experience in everyday life.

During your first appointment Rose will explain how the mind works, how she works and will guide you into hypnosis.
